About These Terms
These terms apply whenever you use this website or ring 07897 016796 to arrange a plumbing or heating job. The business is Emergency Plumber and Boiler Repair of 15 Farewell Place, Mitcham CR4 3ET. By calling, texting or sending a form to us, you agree to the terms below.
What the Service Is
We are a booking line. You tell us the problem and the address, and we look for an independent plumbing or heating company from our partner network that can reach you and is suited to the work. Making that introduction is the whole of what we do. We have no vans or tradespeople of our own, and we do not carry out plumbing, drainage or heating work.
Your Contract Is With the Partner
The company that comes to your property is a separate, independently owned business. It does not belong to Emergency Plumber and Boiler Repair, and the agreement for the work is made between you and that company. It looks at the fault, sets its own written quote, does the job, and then invoices you and collects payment itself. Any guarantee given for the work comes from the partner, on the partner's terms.
How Money Works
No payment passes through us. We never invoice you, never collect a deposit and never hold funds. What you owe for a visit, a repair, a service or an installation is paid to the partner company on the basis of its quote. If you disagree with a charge, take it up with that company first.
Prices and Timings
Because the partner sets the price after assessing the problem, we cannot quote jobs or guarantee a price, an arrival time or a finish time, whether on this website or on the phone. Any price ranges you see on the site are indicative figures from published guides and are not offers. Before you agree to anything, ask the partner to go through the written quote with you.
If Something Goes Wrong
Start with the partner company, since it did the work and is best placed to put it right. If that fails to resolve things, ring us and we will help chase it up. We cannot guarantee a result, because the work and the agreement for it belong to the partner rather than to us.
Limits on Our Responsibility
We are responsible only for taking your enquiry and arranging the match, to the extent the law allows. We do not answer for the partner's workmanship, charges, timekeeping or behaviour. These terms do not reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law, which cannot be signed away.
Using This Website
The website explains how the booking service works and which areas it covers. It does not assess your property, diagnose a fault or amount to a quote. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 before you contact us. A binding price comes only from the partner's written quote.
Personal Information
To arrange a job we pass your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem to the partner we match you with, so that they can contact you and attend. We use your details only for that purpose and to follow up if you get in touch about a finished job.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site or the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
